QLESS is operated by Qless ("Qless", "we", "us"). These terms form an agreement between you and Qless. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are signing up for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

QLESS is a virtual queuing service. Businesses create a queue, display a QR code, and manage customers from a dashboard. Customers join the queue from their phone and follow their position on a private ticket page. Wait times shown anywhere in the product are estimates based on the business's own settings, not guarantees.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use QLESS to:

• break the law, or send fraudulent, abusive or unsolicited messages;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing, scraping or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

Intellectual property

Qless retains ownership of the service, its software, documentation and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use QLESS within your plan. You keep ownership of your own content and grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it in order to run the service for you.

Plans and payment

QLESS Business costs €19/month and is billed monthly in advance, starting after the 14-day free trial. Taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller under their Buyer Terms. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Service level

We work hard to keep QLESS available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Notifications depend on the customer's device, browser and connection, so they cannot be guaranteed to arrive. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may close your account at any time. When access ends we keep your business data for a reasonable export window and then delete it.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and disputes go to the courts of Ireland. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
