Qless offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us and we will arrange it for you.

Trials and cancellations

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try QLESS before you are charged. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing in your dashboard; your queue keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
